Shipping Times 

• Processing time is 1-2 weeks for any ready to ship orders.

• Processing time for preorders is 1-2 months.

• U.S. shipping is 1-4 business days.

• International shipping is 1-4 + weeks depending on customs.

• Any of the stated shipping times may be longer due to upcoming holidays.

• You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped!

International Orders

• I can currently deliver to all countries. If your country is not available at checkout, send me a message and I’d be glad to add it to the list.

• Refunds will not be issued if package gets held up in customs, once the package ships it is out of my control.

• The customer is responsible for all import taxes.

• Shipping times may exceed a month depending on the destination.

Shipping Issues

• If a package is damaged/lost in the mail, the customer will have to file an insurance claim to be recompensated.

• Every order shipped comes with $100 of insurance coverage.

• If an order is “returned to sender” due to insufficient address, the customer must pay the cost of shipping to have it sent back out.

Refunds/Order Cancellations 

• While I will do absolutely everything I can to make sure all my customers are satisfied with their orders, I cannot offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations.

• If a package is damaged/lost in the mail, the customer will have to file an insurance claim to be recompensated.
